Update Turnaround Times Below are the website update submission guidelines: Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time. Updates will be completed within 12-36 hours during these times. Weekend submission cutoff time is Friday at 1PM (EST). All updates submitted after 1PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Turnaround time stops at 5PM on Friday and resumes at 8am the following Monday.
